At any other time in history has there been this many natural disasters and such?

All the earthquakes, tsunamis, volcanic eruptions, birds and fish dying in massive numbers..... has there ever been another time in history where so much has happened in such a short period of time? Does all that has been happening mean we are coming to an end? That 2012 may be real? Is yellowstone really gonna blow and kill us all? Is this Armageddon? Or just history repeating itself?
