Black Ops character became level 1?

It sounds to me that your dealing with a modder. If anything seemed strange like someone having a bunch of killsteaks as soon as the game started or if it seemed really hard to kill someone it's probably a modder. Unfortunately modders can mess up your system without even meaning to. But they have some guts modding on Black Ops cause Tryarch still watches activity on that game.
