How much does a bus ticket from Wyoming to Tennessee cost?

Thinking of working in Wyoming in a state park next summer (in Yellowstone). I live in Knoxville, TN. How much would a bus ticket like that run me? Any suggestions for cheaper travel? I know buses are usually the cheapest, but if ya'll have any creative ideas, throw them at me. ;)
