I am presently renting and was recently diagnosed with lung cancer.?

Most of my neighbors and other tenants, especially in my building smoke. I do not. They smoke outside, but I can't walk out of my apartment without running into smokers. I go by the pool and I run into smokers. I need to get away from the smoke. I have an opportunity to move and live with family in a smoke free home. Do I have a legitamate issue to break my lease. There is a 60 day notification to move out, but I still have 8 mos left on my lease.
