My Sims 2 Double Deluxe continuously crashes!?

Well. Changing the name wouldn't have done anything to it so it might be your computers Game Card. I don't know much about computers and this happened to me once before so i called my cousin and he said it was my game card so he bought a new one for me. I don't know how much or where to get them. Sorry. Hope It Sort of helps.
