What job opportunities are in Cabos San Lucas?

My girlfriend and I are looking to relocate to Cabos San Lucas from Los Angeles. We have looked into studios and apartments, but are curious about the job opportunities we will find there. We are both Hispanic and are fluent in both English and Spanish. Is it easy to find work out there? Is being bilingual an advantage? any information would be appreciated.
