Who decided to add Torah to Gospels by renaming it to Old Testament ?

No one is sure to give you a best answer ,all will answer to their own opinion ,but the Quran answer you ;chapter 9 verse 31 ;they took their priest (Monk )and Rabbis as God instead of ALLAH ,what ever the Monks and Rabbis said the followers took it as God's words ,
