Managment of patients with severe burns?

Your question is really too complicated to really answer here, sorry. Many things go into catastropic medical decisions. These people would be transferred immediately if possible to a burn center. Some might just be given extreme pain control and palliative measures; it depends on resources, and family wishes, and available facilities. Few get into a hyperbaric chamber that fast too.
