Brother fraked with my internet, need help?

It may the files are currently locked by another running programs, try to close any programs you run before attempt to delete the files. Or simply using a removing tools like I did, I do use the tools for delete the folder that I can't delete before, the pop up box said "Cannot delete file: Access is denied", do you face the same problems?
