Can someone help me with itunes?

I would like to move my itunes and all songs from my pc to my laptop without having to rename all the songs from just copying and pasting the songs to a flash drive. I know much about folders and how to work computers. If anyone could tell me a way to transfer itunes along with the itunes song names and not just the music file names, it would be greatly appreciated. thanks!
