Where to find Catholic teen service opportunities?

My parish's youth group isn't all that great and they don't do very much and I really want to go to a Catholic university (Dallas University) I live in the Fort Worth, TX area. I think it would look good if I had some sort of catholic service on my college application. Any places to start looking???
