Should facebook be renamed as stalkbook?

I mean most often than not people end up looking into other people's lives and who they are dating and what they are doing rather than going on about their lives. Well businesses use it as a source of marketing and seriously that would be one of the few benefits to facebook. Unless you want to get to know an individual's life without talking to them about it(totally creepy). A guy who thinks a girl is hot can just get on facebook and browse through her snaps and usually the interaction between the guy and the girl comes to a halt when he sees her relationship status turns to"in a relationship". Pretty cheap aint it.
